Peak Smile Veneers are custom-made products designed specifically for your unique dental profile. Because of this, our policies are structured around each stage of the process to remain fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

 


 

Order Cancellations

 

Before Production (Within 30 Days)

 

You may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase, as long as your order has not yet entered production.

If your order is canceled during this stage:

  • You will receive a full refund

  • No fees will apply

Because impression kits involve hygiene-sensitive materials, they are not required to be returned and cannot be reused, regardless of whether they have been opened.

 


 

After 30 Days (Before Production)

 

If impressions have not been submitted within 30 days of purchase:

  • Cancellation is no longer available

  • Your order will remain active until impressions are completed

If impressions are not submitted within 180 days, your order will be handled under our Aged Orders Policy below.

 


 

When Does Production Begin?

 

Your order enters production once:

  • Your impression photos are approved, and

  • Your impressions are returned and received by our lab

 


 

After Production Begins

 

Once your order enters production:

  • Your veneers are being custom-manufactured specifically for your dental profile

  • Orders cannot be canceled

We stand behind every set of Peak Smile Veneers with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Each set is custom-made for your smile, and while most customers achieve a great result, we understand that adjustments may sometimes be needed.

 


 

Fit Issues

 

If your veneers don’t fit as expected, we will first work with you under our 60-Day Fit Guarantee, which includes:

  • One complimentary remake per arch

  • Step-by-step guidance to help improve your fit

 


 

Full Refund Option

 

If you are still not satisfied after your remake—or if your concern is unrelated to fit—you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 


 

Remake Timeline Protection

 

If a fit issue is reported within the initial 60-day window:

 

  • Your refund window will pause while your remake is being processed

  • The remaining refund period will resume once your remake is delivered

Our goal is simple: to make sure you feel confident in your smile—and that you have a clear path forward if anything isn’t right.

 


 

Aged Orders (Incomplete Impressions)

 

To complete your custom order, we must receive usable impressions.

If impressions are not submitted within 180 days of your order date, your order will be considered an aged order.

In this case:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund

  • It will be converted into a non-refundable manufacturing credit

  • This credit can be used to restart your order within 12 months of the original purchase date

A $59 reactivation fee applies and includes:

  • A new impression kit

  • Shipping to and from our lab

Unused credits expire after 12 months.

 


 

Non-Returnable Situations

 

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made outside the 60-day Money-Back Guarantee window

  • Failure to return the product after a refund is approved

  • Products that have been altered, modified, or damaged through misuse

  • Changes in dental profile after impressions were submitted

  • Failure to follow impression or product usage instructions

 


 

Custom-Made Product Notice

 

All Peak Smile Veneers are custom-manufactured based on your submitted impressions.

Because of this:

  • Each product is unique and may vary from website images

  • Fit and appearance depend on impression accuracy

  • Custom products are not eligible for return under general retail standards

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

 


 

Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
