1. 60-Day Fit Guarantee

 

For the first 60 days from delivery, your veneers are covered for:

  • Fit concerns based on your original impressions

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural imperfections

  • Sharp or unfinished edges

 

 

What “Secure Fit” Means

 

A veneer is considered securely fitted if it:

  • Remains in place during normal speech and conversation

  • Does not fall off during routine daily activity

  • Cannot be easily removed without using your fingers

 

 

If Your Veneers Don’t Fit Properly

 

If your veneers do not meet this standard within 60 days of delivery, we will provide:

  • One complimentary remake per arch

  • Step-by-step guidance to help improve your fit

To activate this coverage, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide photo and/or video evidence as requested.

 

 

2. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied with your veneers, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

This warranty covers:

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Fit concerns beyond the 60-Day Fit Guarantee

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss or theft

  • One replacement per arch within 3 years

  • Accidental damage

Important Conditions:

 

  • Coverage begins on the delivery date

  • Fit concerns must be reported within the 60-Day Fit Guarantee window

  • Your dental profile must not have materially changed

5. Product Nature & Suitability

 

Peak Smile Veneers are removable cosmetic accessories and are not medical or orthodontic devices.

They do not correct underlying dental conditions or bite alignment.

Performance and appearance may vary depending on individual dental anatomy and impression accuracy.
