At Peak Smile, every veneer is custom-crafted specifically for your unique dental profile. Because your veneers are made-to-order, we provide structured protection at every stage — from delivery through long-term wear.

 

 

1. 100% Fit Guarantee

 

(30-Day Manufacturer’s Warranty)

 

For 30 days from the date of delivery, your veneers are covered against:

 

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural imperfections

  • Sharp or unfinished edges

  • Fit issues based on your original impression

 

What “Secure Fit” Means

 

A veneer is considered securely fitted if it:

 

  • Remains in place during normal speech and conversation

  • Does not fall off during routine daily activity

  • Cannot be easily removed without using your fingers

 

If your veneers do not meet this standard within 30 days of delivery, we will provide:

 

  • One corrective remake per arch

  • At no additional manufacturing charge

 

To activate this coverage, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide photo and/or video evidence as requested.

 

 

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

 

If the concern relates to fit, we will first attempt to correct it under the 100% Fit Guarantee.


If you remain dissatisfied, you may return the veneers for a refund subject to the following processing and customization fee:

 

  • $299 — Single Arch Orders

  • $399 — Dual Arch Orders

 

The product must be returned as instructed and must not be altered or modified.

 

Remake Timeline Protection

 

If a fit issue is reported within 30 days of delivery, the 30-day refund window pauses while your remake is being processed. The remaining refund period resumes once the remake is delivered.


This ensures you are not disadvantaged by production time.

 

 

3. Included 3-Year Limited Warranty

 

Every order includes a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.


This warranty covers:

 

  • Structural material failure not caused by misuse

  • Manufacturing defects

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Fit concerns beyond the 30-Day Fit Guarantee

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Dental profile changes

  • Cosmetic preference changes

  • Self-modification or alteration

 

Replacement products may incorporate updated materials or design improvements and may not be identical to previous versions.

 

 

4. Peak+ Protection (Optional – 3 Years)

 

Peak+ Protection provides expanded coverage for real-life situations.

 

Coverage Includes:

 

  • One replacement per arch within 3 years

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss or theft

 

A claim processing fee applies.

 

Important Conditions:

 

  • Coverage begins on the delivery date

  • Fit concerns must be reported within the 30-Day Fit Guarantee window

  • Your underlying dental profile must not have materially changed

  • Replacement products may reflect updated design or material improvements

 

Peak+ Protection is designed to provide added peace of mind beyond manufacturing defects.

 

 

5. Product Nature & Suitability

 

Peak Smile Veneers are removable cosmetic accessories and are not medical or orthodontic devices.


They do not correct underlying dental conditions or bite alignment.


Performance and appearance may vary depending on individual dental anatomy and impression accuracy.
