Because Peak Smile Veneers are custom-manufactured products, production begins only after we receive and approve your impressions.

 


 

Order Timeline Overview

 

Your order follows this process:

 

  1. Order placed

  2. Impression kit dispatched (typically within 3 business days)

  3. Impression photos submitted and approved

  4. Approved impressions returned to our lab

  5. Manufacturing begins

  6. Finished product shipped via tracked courier

 


 

Manufacturing Time

 

Standard production time:

 

  • Within 21 days from the date we receive approved and usable impressions.

 

Rush production (if purchased):

 

  • Within 15 days from the date we receive approved and usable impressions.

 

Rush production applies to manufacturing time only and does not affect courier transit times.


Production timelines may vary slightly during peak periods.

 


 

Shipping of Final Product

 

All finished products are shipped via tracked courier service.


Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Shipments


If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package:

 

  • Please notify us promptly.

  • We will initiate a carrier investigation and take appropriate steps to resolve the matter.


Resolution is subject to carrier verification and delivery confirmation.


We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

Address Accuracy

 

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.


Peak Smile Veneers is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.


If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.

 


 

International Orders

 

International shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Any additional international shipping charges displayed at checkout are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
