Self Impression Policy

Peak Smile Veneers are custom-manufactured removable cosmetic appliances created exclusively from the dental impressions you provide. Because your veneers are made specifically for you, the accuracy of your impression is essential to achieving a secure fit and natural appearance.

Please review the following carefully before beginning the impression process.

1. Suitability Requirements

Our Self-Impression Kit is not suitable if you:

  • Have loose teeth (including loose crowns, bridges, veneers, or implants)

  • Have recently had teeth extracted

  • Are undergoing active dental or orthodontic treatment

  • Have untreated oral health conditions

  • Have a fixed or bonded retainer

If you are unsure whether you are a suitable candidate, please contact us before beginning the impression process.

Peak Smile Veneers reserves the right to determine suitability based on submitted impressions or photographs.

2. Existing Dental Work Disclaimer

If you have crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, or other restorations, you must take extra care when using the Self-Impression Kit.

Peak Smile Veneers is not responsible for damage to pre-existing dental work or loose teeth resulting from improper use of the Self-Impression Kit.

If you have concerns about the stability of your dental work, consult your dentist before proceeding.

3. Impression Accuracy & Responsibility

Your veneers will be manufactured directly from the impression you submit.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Follow all written and video instructions carefully

  • Ensure trays are seated fully and evenly

  • Avoid movement during the molding process

  • Provide clear photographs of both your impressions and natural teeth

Accurate impressions are required to ensure proper fit and cosmetic enhancement.

Failure to provide an accurate impression may:

  • Delay production

  • Require additional impression attempts

  • Affect eligibility under the 100% Fit Guarantee and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

4. Mandatory Photo Approval Before Mailing

Before returning your impressions:

  • You must submit clear photographs of your impressions and natural teeth for review

  • You must wait for approval confirmation

Impressions mailed without prior photo approval may be rejected.

This process protects both you and Peak Smile by ensuring production begins from an acceptable mold.

5. If Impressions Are Not Approved

If your impressions are unclear or incomplete:

  • We will guide you through repeating the process

  • Impression trays may typically be remolded multiple times

If a replacement kit is required due to improper use or unusable impressions, a replacement kit fee may apply.

Peak Smile Veneers reserves the right to determine whether impressions are usable for manufacturing.

6. Failure to Return Impressions

Order Expiration & Incomplete Impression Policy

Peak Smile Veneers are custom-manufactured products that require approved impressions before production can begin.

If usable impressions are not submitted within 90 days of your order date and we are unable to complete the impression process despite reasonable contact attempts:

  • Your order will be considered expired.

  • The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee will no longer apply.

  • The order will be converted into a non-refundable manufacturing credit.

  • This credit may be used to restart the impression process within 12 months of the original purchase date.

After 12 months, unused credits will expire.

7. Manufacturing Authorization

Once your impression photographs are approved and your impressions are received by our lab, your order enters production.

After impression approval and production commencement:

  • Orders may not be canceled

  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Warranty & Money-Back Policy

8. Impressions on File & Reorders

We retain digital records of your approved impressions for potential future reorders.

If you request a reorder using existing impressions, you confirm that your dental profile has not materially changed since your original order.

Changes may include, but are not limited to:

  • Tooth movement

  • Tooth loss or damage

  • Addition or removal of crowns, veneers, implants, fillings, or restorations

  • Orthodontic treatment

If your dental profile has changed, a new impression will be required.

Peak Smile Veneers is not responsible for fit issues resulting from dental changes after your original impression date.

  • Final products may vary from website images due to individual anatomy

  • Impression accuracy directly affects fit and cosmetic outcome
