Because every smile is different, your veneers will be designed based on:

  • Any missing or damaged teeth

 

As a result, final products may vary slightly from website images or other customer examples. This is normal for custom-made cosmetic products.

Your veneers are manufactured directly from the impression you provide.

 

To ensure the best result:

 

  • Carefully follow all impression instructions

  • Provide clear and accurate information in your Smile Assessment

  • Submit requested photos when applicable

 

An incomplete or inaccurate impression may affect fit, comfort, or appearance.

 

If a fit issue occurs within 30 days of delivery, you are protected under our 100% Fit Guarantee, which includes one corrective remake per arch.

  • Advanced gum recession

  • Severe bite misalignment

  • Insufficient teeth for proper retention

 

If we determine, based on your impression or submitted photos, that you are not a suitable candidate, we will notify you promptly before production begins.

 

In such cases:

  • Your order may be canceled

  • A refund will be issued less the applicable processing fee

  • You may dispose of the impression kit

 

Our goal is to prevent unsuitable cases before manufacturing.

While many customers comfortably eat and drink with their veneers in place, performance may vary depending on individual dental anatomy.

  • Clean daily according to instructions

  • Store properly when not in use

 

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, heat exposure, or alteration is not covered under the standard limited warranty but may be eligible under Peak+ Care if purchased.
